  • With grey blending, there are two main approaches depending on your end goal:

    1. Transitioning to your natural grey
    If your aim is to fully grow out your colour, we’ll focus on removing as much of the existing artificial colour as possible and blending the result to precisely match your natural grey pattern. The number of sessions needed will depend on how many layers of artificial colour are present. Once the initial blend is achieved, you may need toner refreshes now and then to neutralise any remaining warmth as your previously coloured ends are gradually trimmed away.

    2. A soft, lived-in approach with ongoing colour
    This is ideal if you’re not ready to fully embrace your grey, or if you simply prefer to keep some colour. We’ll use a mix of highlights and lowlights—rather than covering every single grey hair—to create a soft, dimensional look. This technique helps greys feel more intentional and gradually incorporates them into your overall colour over time.

  • Yes! Our Signature Grey Blending Method is fully customisable for all hair types, tones, and textures.

  • If you’ve chosen the middle ground approach, you’ll likely be back in the salon every 8–12 weeks to refresh your blend. This might include topping up toners, adding highlights or lowlights, or adjusting the colour as your greys become more visible. The goal is to keep everything looking soft, seamless, and intentional—without the harsh regrowth line that comes with traditional coverage.

  • It really depends on how much grey you currently have and how much maintenance you're comfortable with.
